My bf and I both use this pump to play with. Unless you have tremendous girth, you better be careful! The sleeve is incredibly pliable, and therefore tends to suck your testicles up into the tube as well. VERY PAINFUL!!! Talk about a mood killer. We both have average sized penis, about 6.5" & 7". We both have had the same problem. Never had this problem with other pumps. Not as bad when you use it standing up.

Purchased this as I have a prostate problem. Pump helped improve our sex life. There were no instructions with the pump, but found detailed ones on internet. Recommend reading those before using . Things such as shaving area, pressure to use and maintaining seal on pubic bone.
