We have tried several of these. All of the rest were either too big or too thick. This extension is average size. It only adds 1 inch in length and not too much girth. It is perfect for making the night "last longer". It fits very well and stays put also. Very satisfied so far.

Gotta say I am not really impressed. My fiance and I tried it and did not care for it. The material is way to soft and the head on the thing is tiny. Used it once and wont use again... Garbage Trust me even though it is really inexpensive dont wayste your time with this one.

This extension only extends about an inch and the head is not much bigger than my thumb. I'm and average guy and my head is twice as large. The material is better than most and feels okay, but other than that, it's pretty much a waste of $.

Head of toy is too small... i dont consider myself hung as im about 6 x 1.5. when i got it on it initially felt ok, however after a couple minutes it felt too tight and constricting. i lopped the head off of the toy thinking i would use the shaft as a sleeve, but once i put it on it felt as if it was too tight. maybe if the inner diameter was larger it would be more comfortable. did not even bother to try it for intercourse. i can see where it would easily add a 1/4 to girth but its just not comfortable for me.
