Product Description
These cuffs are similar in design to our basic locking cuffs only more "heavy-duty." They are wider and made of heavier leather, with a larger hasp. Cut from extra-thick, black, latigo leather, each cuff is 3.25" wide and will fit ankles approximately 6" to 10.5" around.
