What A Waste Of Money Get The X Pole!, September 25, 2012

Ok, 2 months ago I purchased this brand Pole at a popular novelty store (Spencer's) The instructions was quirky but managed to complete the Pole the second week the top part that holds the pole pop off and I scraped my top back shoulder I immediately three it away that pole is full of sh** don't waste your money on this or anything by the peekaboo company. I bought the Xpole and it's much better and great

DO NOT BUY THIS POLE. IT'S A P.O.S!! IT WILL SCRAPE UP YOUR BACK (THE PLASTIC BUTS AT THE BASE FLANGE)! NOT FOR PROFESSIONAL USE!

I had another pole before this from peekaboo company and it wouldn't fit in my room. I recently purchased the Carmen Electra pole and you can adjust it to mostly any size room. I can do tricks on It and spins and it holds my body weight I did not have to screw it in. it's very easy to put up and to take down. I love this pole!

Sturdy But Has A Few Uncomfortable Issues, June 9, 2011

I got this pole a couple of years ago as a gift and i was very excited to use it and set it up. the instructions came with a disk that wouldn't work in my dvd player like it advertised on the box, and it kind of worked in my computer. The instructions were terrible and hard to understand and seemed to be missing information. I got my engineering friend to set it up after my boyfriend had trouble. once the pole was set up it was really sturdy and i could flip upside down on it. Unfortunately when i slid to the bottom of the pole the big plastic nut keeping the pole together scraped my back. The plastic part at the bottom is sharp. It also loosens after a little while so you have to check it frequently so it stays in place.I wrapped the bottom with clear tape and bubble wrap so i wouldn't continue to hurt myself. The good thing about this pole is that you don't have to screw it into anything but i believe there are other poles out there that have that feature. Overall I do not recommend this specific pole.
